The RTT 7th Edition is Ready to Roll!
CSPN continually aims to keep our information research-based and responsive to members’ needs and global trends. A dedicated CSPN Team of Child Safety Practitioners has updated new Edition of CSPN’s Response Team Training materials. This new RTT shares the same teaching objectives as previous versions but introduces more flexible frameworks, a more culturally-diverse set of scenarios, and a new Impact Assessment Process.
This course is not a general child safety prevention training, although it will help you to identify where gaps may be in your own context. RTT is ideally for personnel in your organization or school who are child safety team members responsible for or involved in dealing with an incident of harm (or risk of harm) to a child. Attendees might also include field leaders or member care providers who would benefit from understanding the Response Process.
CSPN Member organisations are encouraged to send at least two people to the same RTT event. This is not required, but it benefits you as an organisation in developing and training your team.
*Participants must attend all three days of training to receive a certificate of completion (and CEU credit, if desired).

Lodging rates include free parking and wi-fi, all meals and snacks, including a full breakfast buffet, and use of the beautiful grounds surrounding Brackenhurst. Available rooms are single, double, or triple beds. ($102, $78, or $66 USD per person, per night)
Meals: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks will be provided during the training, Monday through Wednesday (May 1-3). If you do not need overnight accommodations at Brackenhurst and will be present daily for the training, a Meals-Only ticket is available for $100. This will cover one person’s meals and snacks for the three days of the RTT.

Each conference participant is responsible to determine whether or not you require a visa to travel to Kenya. If you need an invitation letter, you may request one by emailing the Executive Assistant at info@cspn.org.
