PET: Organisations will fully benefit by sending those involved in creation, development, and management of your organisation’s child safety policy and programme. Organisations with established child safety programmes and policies will also benefit greatly from attending this training to learn current best practices in developing a principle-based child safety programme and policy.
Mission agencies and international schools are encouraged to send at least two people to the same event. This is not required, but it benefits you as an organisation in developing and training your team.
*When buying airline tickets, please be aware that the venue is approximately 15-20 minutes from Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Recommended Hotel: The Holiday Inn Express (HIE) is very convenient, located at the edge of the Pioneers campus. We have arranged a discounted group rate of $139 per night (one king or two doubles); please make your reservation as soon as possible. Rate includes a full breakfast buffet, free parking and wi-fi. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.

NOTE:As of February 19, there are only a couple of rooms left in this block. Please check with the HIE first, but be aware you may have to book lodging at another nearby hotel.
Accommodation Reservations: You will be responsible for making your own reservations, either at the Holiday Inn Express or at another location of your choosing.
Meals: Breakfast is included with your hotel room (if staying at the HIE). Lunch, dinner, and snacks will be provided during the training, Monday through Wednesday (March 20-22).
Travel Information
Visa Information Each conference participant is responsible to determine whether or not you require a visa to enter the USA. If you need an invitation letter, you may request one by emailing the Executive Assistant at info@cspn.org.
Transport from Airport to Hotel
You will be responsible for setting up your own transportation from the airport to the conference site.
Both the Holiday Inn Express and the Courtyard Marriott have an airport shuttle; please call your hotel to arrange transportation after booking your room. Taxis, Ubers, and Rental Cars are also readily available from the Orlando International Airport.
