Course Information
7th Edition RTT: This 7th Edition has been written and produced by Child Safety practitioners and educators who understand the challenges of safeguarding within a global and missions context. The RTT course is aimed to introduce member organisations to principles and frameworks which equip them to respond effectively to a raised Child Safety concern; it is ideally for personnel in your organisation or school who are child safety team members responsible for or involved in dealing with an incident of harm (or risk of harm) to a child. Attendees might also include field leaders or member care providers who would benefit from understanding the Response Process.
Mission agencies and international schools are encouraged to send at least two people to the same event. This is not required, but it benefits you as an organisation in developing and training your team.
Prerequisite: CSPN Orientation
CSPN Orientation must be taken prior to attending either an RTT or PET course. If you have not attended an Orientation in the past five years, please indicate that on your RTT Registration form, and we will contact you to fulfill that requirement before you arrive at this training. Orientation is free; there is no additional charge, but there is foundational material that you will need before going through Response Team or Programme Essentials Training, so please let us know if you need to take Orientation.

Accommodation Reservations: You will be responsible for making your own reservations by phone call or by using the following booking link HERE for our discounted group rate of PHP 3,500.00nett per night (Currently @ $63.00/night) for a Superior or Deluxe room. Arrivals should not be earlier than 2:00 p.m. Check out time is 12:00 noon. Late checkout up to 6:00 pm will be charged 50% of contracted rates and subject to space availability. Free Wifi is included in your room charge.
Please make your lodging reservations as soon as possible to secure your booking.
Meals: Breakfast buffet is included with your hotel room (if staying at the Richmonde Ortigas). Lunch and snacks will be provided during the conference, September 14-16. For dinner, you are welcome to dine out at local restaurants.

Travel Information
-Visa Information
Each conference participant is responsible to determine whether or not you require a visa to enter the Philippines. If you need an invitation letter, you may request one by emailing the CSPN Executive Assistant at info@cspn.org.
-Transport from Airport to Hotel
We recommend flying into NAIA – Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila. There is an airport transport that can be arranged with the Richmonde Hotel, and you will need to provide your flight information to the hotel when you make those arrangements. There are different airport terminals in different buildings/locations, depending on which airline you are using. If you are staying at a different hotel, you should verify if they have an airport transport service.
**Event Cancellation Policy
Registration for CSPN events closes one month prior to the event start date (barring any specific lodging deadlines). Event registrations cancelled prior to that date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations occurring between the close of registration and one week prior to the event will be refunded, minus a $25% cancellation fee. Cancellations occurring within one week of the event start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations on or after the start date, or no-shows, will forfeit any refund. Payment for events is expected within two weeks of registration. Registration can be transferred to another individual for a fee of $50.
