Misconduct Assessment: Outcome Decisions

The assessment team are to meet together to make outcome findings of each element of the complaint using the above list of evidence.

For each element of the complaint make a finding on the evidence:

            Behaviour found to have occurred

            Behaviour found NOT to have occurred

            Inconclusive

Then Categorise each as:

            Potentially unlawful

            Breach of policy/code

            Unreasonable

            Unprofessional

            Reasonable in all the circumstances
