Reviewing a Response
The purpose of a review is to determine:
- What went well?
- What did not go as well as intended?
- What needs to be improved?
A review may ask the following questions:
- How long did the assessment take?
- Did it comply with all policy and legal regulations?
- Did the assessment create risk to anyone?
- Was the assessment fair to all parties?
- Was the process relevant to the context?
- Were all parties comfortable with the assessment?
- Was it cost-effective?
