Reviewing a Response

The purpose of a review is to determine:

  • What went well?
  • What did not go as well as intended?
  • What needs to be improved?

A review may ask the following questions:

  • How long did the assessment take?
  • Did it comply with all policy and legal regulations?
  • Did the assessment create risk to anyone?
  • Was the assessment fair to all parties?
  • Was the process relevant to the context?
  • Were all parties comfortable with the assessment?
  • Was it cost-effective?
